Let's find the answer to this ancient quest and explore the hallucinating world of dreams. So, let's explore. When you go to sleep each night, your body is at rest and is recovering. But your brain, on the other hand, is on a roller-coaster ride as it releases all kinds of chemicals and hormones into your body that help you grow.
As you sleep, your brain goes through different stages of sleep throughout a typical night your brain cycles back and forth through the various stages of a good night's sleep nearly four to five times but most dreaming happens during the deepest stage the REM stage or "Rapid Eye Movement stage".
During REM our eyes begin to doubt around back and forth SuperDuper fast under our eyelids. I am sure you never saw it because your eyes are closed, haha...
So, now as you know how when you sleep. Let's focus on the most crucial question why do we dream well scientists and philosophers have tried to answer this question since the dawn of civilization. Despite technological breakthroughs and sleep research specialists.
Today, we still don't know why people dream; however, there are a few intriguing theories to explain this phenomenon. Some argue that dreams are a way for us to process all of the events and emotions we encounter throughout the day; others believe dreams are important for our physical, mental, and emotional health.
Some academics believe that dreams are simply a biological function, the same as booking. I'm sure they are the laziest experts out there who spend most of their time sleeping.
So, why do we dream? Well, we don't know but one thing we can all agree with is that we all dream well even I have a dream of becoming president of my country; whoops... Sorry again.
